I Leaned Forward A Little And All Of A Sudden

I leaned forward a little and all of a sudden I got a sharp pain on my spine just below my shoulder blades and am having a hard time breathing, when I take a breath in it feels like I cant get a full breath of air in, and also burns along my spine. Can you tell me what mightbe wrong?
