I Live In A Very Hot Climate And From Time

I live In a very hot climate and from time to time I get small red sores on my penis head. I have been given a bacterial cream before and they disappear after a day or so. They don't itch or penetrate the skin, but I want to clear them up. Can you diagonise the cream I need as I can't remember the name?
