I Live At 6500 Ft In Colorado And Have Primary

I live at 6500 ft in Colorado and have primary sarcoidosis w/secondary pulmonary hypertension diagnosed within the last 2 years. Meds have help, but I'm on oxygen 24/7. Considering a move to Florida. Will this help me? Will the humidity/heat exacerbate my condition in any way?
