I live in Arizona. Ever few years we seem to get an upper respiratory congestion, High fever, 102, a upper chest cough with some flem. When coughing I can get very light headed and experience pain all the way to my groin. I took some aspirin this morning and one more every 4 hours or so.
Any treatment suggestions?
