I live in Henderson Ky. now. I relocated from Indianapolis to my native state of birth. I was informed by the state of Indiana that I can no longer have a medicaid card for state of Indiana since I currently live in Kentucky. I have no retirement and no other source of income but social security. with only a cell phone can you tell me the nearest office in Henderson that I could discuss this matter because my cell phone has very limited minutes. that is how poor I am.
