I live in Roanoke VA (elevation 1500). I was just visiting Orem Utah for 15 days (elevation 4000). Although the weather was colder and dryer, my arthritis, disc and SI joint pain were less than when I got home.
My question is 2 part, how does elevation effect arthritis and joint pain, and does moisture in the air effect pain?
