I Live In Central Mexico And Was Just Diagnosed From

I live in central Mexico and was just diagnosed from a stool sample with parasites, bacteria and yeast. I am on antibiotics and anti parasitic medications. This was all diagnosed in the doctors office under a microscope. Is there any way to know what type of parasite I'm infected with? I want to make sure I follow up properly once my symptoms are gone so I hopefully don't have a repeat of this. Symptoms are, diarrhea for 6 days now, very distended bloated abdomen, gas, generally feeling unwell, tired, itching crawling feeling around anus (especially at night) and heart palpitations. No fever, no vomiting. Thank you.
