I Live In The Med And Every Summer When I

I live in the med and every summer when I swim in the sea I get lots of white heads on my nose chin and forehead. They go away after a few days of no swimming. I've never had the problem swimming in the uk or Australia when i travelled there. Only in Malta. It's making me really sad as I love to swim in the summer. Any suggestions would be most welcome.
