I Live In The Uk. I Have All The Discs

I live in the uk. I have all the discs in my lower back fused. A recent MRI scan revealed a slight nerve compression at level 5. I have extreme pain in my foot, predominantly the right foot, and at very least numbness. My consultant has referred me to Bio mechanics. Do you know what I may expect to gain from Bio mechanics?
