I Live With My Dad Who Is 83 Years Old.

I live with my dad who is 83 years old. He fell down a flight of stair 3 weeks ago and was assessed in the hospital as he fractured his right arm near the elbow. He was in the hospital for two days because he was on blood thinner (eloquis for atrial fibrillation and also has a defibrillator implanted) and got compartment syndrome. He was released after the got it under control and stopped his eloquis for a few days. In the past three weeks he has had increased fatigue, hallucinating dreams and now says he is having blurred vision upon waking from sleep. His dreams are extremely vivid and he awakens confused not knowing what has happened or where he is. I am wondering if he has a blood clot from the fall, or maybe symptoms caused by a-fib?
