I Loose My Voice Sporadically. This Is About A Month

I loose my voice sporadically. This is about a month after not being able to get air and being put on two rounds of antibiotics and steroids. I have been a month off Meds for a month but I am still on spirit a and dulera for maintenance. I saw a pulmonologist and will be seeing a cardiologist tomorrow. Still getting short winded and tired from time to time. What could this be?
