I Lost My Mother To Lung Cancer A While Ago

I lost my mother to lung cancer a while ago and now my dad is dying of bladder cancer. I get alot of headaches and attribute them to stress. Went to Neurologist and had an MRI done and he told me that I had alot of foci areas on my brain. Should I be concerned? He told me that I couldn't take medication because of having a history of Glaucoma which I had taken care of with laser treatment. People are telling me I might have brain ca. I don't need to hear any more about cancer. Should I be concerned or is this normal. Advice please
