I lost my mucus plug at 29 weeks and had some contractions. I was put on light duty at work. This was over a week ago, my question is can I have protected sex? I have not had contractions is a week or so. Went for a prenatal visit today and they said everything looked grea . I meant to ask my ob but I forgot.
