I Lost My Virginity February 15 Then The First Week

I lost my virginity February 15 then the first week of march or so my eyes have been red. I saw my eye doctor and he prescribed eye drops but I'm scared it could be related to being sexually active and not an allergy. Is there any chance there is? I have no other symptoms just red eyes and sometimes a little crusty when I wake up. The few times I have it is ALWAYS with a condom and my boyfriend and I have never been with anyone else. It stopped for about a week the beginning of April but has been back but not as bad just here and there usually when I first wake up is the worst
