I Lost My Vision For 2 Or 3 Minutes In

I lost my vision for 2 or 3 minutes in my right eye which seemed like forever, when it started I thought it was cause I had my arm up brushing my hair and started getting that white blochy look kinda like being light headed and then clears up real fast but this time it just got dark and I swear thought I went blind in my right eye also never having sight problems I was definitely and still am scared a bit especially after reading a couple short articles saying so many bad diagnoses that cause this but don't actually say anything I could understand or straight to the worst cause possible, making me now worried and scared honestly please help
