I Lost My Voice On Tuesday, I Was Able To

I lost my voice on Tuesday, I was able to speak the next day still sounding very coarse I'm still not 100% as I still have some minor mucus in my throat which causes me to cough as it itches/irritates my throat. I notice that I also have discharge from my eyes for a few weeks but not yellow. Although I feel much better with my throat and voice, I am a bit concerned about the discharge I continue to get which is bothering me as I have to wipe my eyes frequently with my hands. Do I need to consult a Dr.?
