I love my job cooking our anti-inflammatory diet @ Pacifica Pain Management’s clinic (Napa), for our Chronic Pain Syndrome patients.
I also will be up-dating our website’s content on a page discussing healthy cooking.

Hopefully, our residential-pain-treatment patients each complete and leave the program armed with newfound knowledge and good habits re eating healthy. Besides our guiding them to your info on oils on HealthCareMagic, what should we “tell” them about fats and cooking oils, other than “We recommend ‘Extra Virgin’ Olive Oil, Canola, Grape Seed, limited ‘virgin’ coconut oil, dark sesame for flavor, and nut oils if you can afford them.” (?)
thanks
