I M 11 Weeks Pregnant....I Took Arthrotech Tabs 4+2+4 At

I m 11 weeks pregnant....I took arthrotech tabs 4+2+4 at 3, 3 hrs interval. I had moderate cramps n shivers n I started bleeding after 4 hrs of start......I bleed like a period and passed a clot but it just lasted for few hours....now I am confused was it successful or not.what should I do next. I have had 2 c sections before.plz reply.its illegal to have abortion where I live...plz help
