I m 27 weeks pregnant. I have severe body aches and mucus buildup in throat and nose blocked. My throat also hurts a lot and the pain is going to my ears. I feel feverish but my body temperature is normal. Is it safe to take cefixime, panadol and pulmonol to fix my situation?
