I M 27years Old I Had Small Pox Last Year

I m 27years old I had small pox last year after that I m suffering from rosacea n did full treatment but now my cheeks again r suffering from redness n rosacea...as I go out in sun or I have to do any hyper activity or I have busy schedule any day then my cheeks become red n warm..isn't there any permanent treatment
