I M 28 Years Old I Had Miscarriage Seven Month

I m 28 years old i had miscarriage seven month back i m trying to concieve still no sucess .my present endometrium line is measured at 8 mm on day 14th and ultrasound shows dominat follicle in left ovary one of 2.2cm size and another of 1.5cm size is this normal to concieve ?
