I M 30 Yr Old Man And Healthy, My Wife

I m 30 yr old man and healthy, my wife is 25 yr and healthy, my parents and siblings are also healthy, my wife's siblings and father are also healthy , but my wife's mother have seizophernia, we are planning for kid (pregnency), as seizophernia is hereditory , what is precautions or any treatment do we need for the healthy kid.
