I M 30yrs Unmarried Girl..Past 2yrs I Hv So Much

I m 30yrs unmarried girl..Past 2yrs I hv so much pain in my lower back and Right side hip.right hip was lock so I couldn't move and walk..my HLA B27 is positive....and now so much pain in fully right back side and rib and tissue..I am taking the medicine etoshine 90 and saaz since 4mnths...Bt there is no improvement..My life is going to hell..Plz help me..Is there any treatment to cure..What should I do?
