I M 36 Years Old. I Have Been Suffering From

I m 36 years old. I have been suffering from tinnitus in my left ear for past one year. Its not severe. But i feel disturbed. Sometimes even i feel that i am hearing less. In the past i had taken mecovon od for four months and then stopped. What should i do now? Should i start taking mecovon od again? Please suggest.
