I M 45 Years Old,when I Went For An Uterus

I m 45 years old,when i went for an uterus check up, the following r the impression i got:
Fatty liver,bulky uterus with posterior wall fibroid, cholelithiasis and mild dilatation of pelvicaliceal system on left side. Is there any problem? Please explain?
