I M 47 Yr Old Unmarried, USG Report Showing Uterus

I m 47 yr old unmarried, USG report showing Uterus appears bulky with evidence of large 13.7 x 9.1 cm size fibroid at fundal anterior will displacing endometrium till cervix .
A will getting married on next year. No much pain, no heavy menstrual bleeding but menstrual cycle within 21days since last 3 months also heaviness in abdominal look like pregnant, uneasy to seat long time.
Please suggest treatment.
