I M 61 Yr. F I Have Arthritis In My

I m 61 yr. F I have Arthritis in my back hands and leg that is very severe at time at lease 80 percent of my day and I do not sleep most might. My question is what does that have to do with Epiltic sezures and Gabapentin how would this medication benefit me it makes mw extreamly fatigue all day.
