I M 74 Yr Old, Diagnosed Iliocaecal Koch's- Asymmetrical Circumferential

I m 74 yr old, diagnosed Iliocaecal Koch's- Asymmetrical circumferential thickening of the terminal ileum and iliocaecal junction isnoted with surrounding fat stranding suggestive of inflammatory involvement? tubercular? Crohns. treatment for six months may take nine months or 12 months for complete cure. Initially prescribed for two months with Acurit-4, 4 tabs empty stomach, Benadon 40mg 1 tab after breakfast, Asomac 40 one tab daily empty stomach. Thereafter prescribed for one month with R-Cinex 300+450 empty stomach, Esomac 40 e/s, Benadon 40 after b/f daily, Clonotril plus after b/f and dinner daily. all above tb taken without any break.
