I M A Dentist Now 28 Years Old.I Have Been

I m a dentist now 28 years old.I have been suffering from low back pain since three years.One day i got up with severe pain radiating from back to left leg.I have lumbar scoliosis .Now i m diagnosed to have osteopenia of spine and osteoporosis of left hip.I did nt have any difficulties until 25years of age.I have numbness in left leg and undergone ayurvedic treatment twice.please suggest any treatment
