I M A Patient (M/age-46/weight-77 Kg) Of Back Pain Problem

I m a patient (M/age-46/weight-77 kg) of Back Pain problem (disk degenerated). Initially (2014-15) I took several pain killers to minimize the pain, but at present no pain killer being taken and core exercise is also irregular. Last 02 years the pain was under control, but recently the pain being increased gradually especially early in the morning upto toilet.
At this situation can I restart taking Paracetamol 500 mg (1+0+1) or Pregabalin 50/75 mg(1+0+1) for controlling pain ?
Please advise us ?
