I M Bleeding Since 12 Days I Got My Periods

I m bleeding since 12 days i got my periods after 1 monthh23 days..my last date was 18th july on 13 sep i hd bleeding for a day..then i hd water discharge with simetime blood spot then i hd period on 24 th sep night now its been 12 days and for last 6 days bleeding heavily..wat shold i do?
