I M Done My Tube Test Last Week My Doctor

I m done my tube test last week my doctor say its 50-50 means somewhere its half open n half blocked now she writes tb pcr test on next visit now i wanna now that its true that tube is half blocked n half opened or pcr test is more painfull as compared to tubetest or not how its takes the blood sample ?? What is the procedure of tb pcr test??
