I M Having Cramps In My Lower Abdomen When They

I m having cramps in my lower abdomen when they are not there I'm sore no fever I have herpes and thought it was that but never have had cramps like this don't like to take pain pills but have to take something or can't stand been a week now not getting better I'm a 63 year old male very healthy
