I M Mother Of 2 Kids .. N Hv Tingling

I m mother of 2 kids .. N hv tingling n numbness since pregnancy which got cured in between for some years thn it started bothering me again .. To an extent that it affects writing, chopping , sweeping .. Hv to change hands or do movement of fingers to normalise .. I don't hv diabetes n this thing is there since 6 years on n off!! Pl . Guide me sir
