I M On Clomid And Metformin For 5 Months..this Month

I m on clomid and metformin for 5 months..this month there was 11mm follicle on 11th day.Un fortunately I couldnt go to the gyn to track follicle after that.i starting takkng susten 200mg from 18th day for 10 days..now it has been 5 days since i stopped susten and i havnt got af yet..hpt is also bfn.do i have to test again? Is there hope?:(
