I M Taking 2 TaBlets Of Lipotrienols RYR Along With

I m taking 2 taBlets of lipotrienols RYR along with 1 capsule of CoQ10 100 mg daily to reduce my cholesterol.
this lipoptrienol is red yeast rice. My last blood work showed my bun/creatinine ratio at 24. Is this a normal reading and should I continue taking the lipotrienols with CoQ10?
