I M Taking Drugs Minimum 100ml Everday Which Is Contain

I m taking drugs minimum 100ml everday which is contain Codin also taking tablet which contain methopin from few years.
Now I m trying but cant stop taking cause stop taking I m feeling sick week and start decentdy.
Now pls advise how I can stop taking ! And pls advise not to fell Week and disentri what madicine will be applicable
