I Masturbated A Couple Days Ago For Like 4 Hours.

I masturbated a couple days ago for like 4 hours. The way I masturbate I just stroke the head of my penis which over time has caused severe cracking of skin on the head. I woke up and went to urinate and I now have a slight burn when I urinate. Its going on 3 days and I did have unprotected sex about a week ago . I went to get tested still waiting on results but I'm not having any symptoms or anything. I masturbate like 5 times a day and could this be why it burns when I urinate?
