I May Have Swallowed A Small Amount Of Cooked Rice

I may have swallowed a small amount of cooked rice into my lungs. i can breath but i am whezzing now. it feels like it is in my lungs. i couged but nothing is coming up? Should i go to er. i do no have inusrance so i want to be sure. should i wait for an hour?
