I May Have To Have Back Surgery. I Have Had

I may have to have back surgery. I have had 2 back surgeries before but now I have bulging disc at L-3/4, L2/3 with stenosis and severe pain going down R-leg especially sitting standing or walking. I had an epidural August 10 and so far no pain relief. The doctor was unable to inject L3/4 because previous implementation was in the way and that level is the worst. Is there a better surgery than fusion. I am a 78 yr old female in reasonable good health.
