I Met A Young Man Today Who Is Going Threw

I met a young man today who is going threw some legal issues due to an outburst of anger where he became violent with his wife. he said he had never done anything like that before but had been very sick from his sugar problems. He had lost a huge amount of weight and he had not been able to go to the Dr . Can his out of control diabetes cause this type of behavior? HE did end up going to the DR and got a call while he was meeting with me that his glucose level was 800 and he needed to return to DR tomorrow
