I Met With An Accident 20 Days Back ....my Face

I met with an accident 20 days back ....my face got affected I have many wounds on face now they are like marks like red in colour very sensitive skin there so doctor suggested me to use this dermadew lotion thrice daily and fluticasone cream in the night !! Will this work? I want to get my good Luckington face as soon as possible
