I Might Have A Wisdom Tooth Coming In. About A

I might have a wisdom tooth coming in. About a week ago I was feeling a little pain, but nothing that made me want to break something bad. And it's been off and on the past week and when I took a picture I noticed something. It was a solid white tooth like object right dead smack across from my successful wisdom tooth on the other side which is the bottom row. Now If I just started this how long will it take and if it grows like the others naturally do I just ride it out? It's really not TOO bad like I can make a full day without using any orajel or any ibuprofen.
