I Miscarriaged In September About 6 Weeks Into Pregnancy I

I miscarriaged in September about 6 weeks into pregnancy I went to the hospital that confemed by bloods no sign of pregnancy I had lost baby they felt my stomach n checked me bellow n sent me home nothing done since iv suffered with pain under my ribs n in my stomach since n recently this has become worst my doctor has today booked me for a scan n took different blood samples of me but I have no idea what going on also my periods have become regular again just extremely heavy now
