I Miscarried At 18 Weeks On 3-17-16 And Just Started

I miscarried at 18 weeks on 3-17-16 and just started my monthy (i think) Saturday night. I got a pretty good flood and then nothing until tuesday afternoon then i flooded for 2 or 3 hours, a pad+ an hour, then nothing until this evening (wednesday) and its only been about 2 hours but 2 pads already and really watery and tons of clots, some bigger than a quarter. It even feels like I'm slightly dialated, at least more open and softer than normal. The dr at the hospital ripped my placenta out of me at delivery and 2 weeks later i ended up in the emergency room because i went thru 3 pads in an hour. Come to find out i still had placenta and now this.

Any advice would be beyond greatly appreciated please an thank you!
