I Missed 3 Birth Control Pills Last Month. I Did

I missed 3 birth control pills last month. I did the missed BC protocol and restarted a new pack, it's now been 49 days and I'm still spotting and bleeding. I will go 24hrs and not bleed at all then all of a sudden start gushing dark brown colored blood. I contacted my dr and she said it was normal and was called breakthrough bleeding. I'm secretly anemic & started BC back about 7 months ago due to heavy periods and clotting. This seems to be way worse than just dealing with the heavy periods. I have bled more in the last 7 months than I had ever. Helppppp
