I Missed A Logynon Ed Tablet By About 5 Hours.

I missed a Logynon ed tablet by about 5 hours. I took it as soon as I remembered but a couple days later started bleeding. I have gone to the red section to start again but I dont think that was the right thing to do. Should I stop all together and wait for a period and begin again? Or continue as I have been from the start of the red tablet section?
