I Missed A Period 4 Days Back N There Is

I missed a period 4 days back n there is no chance of pregnancy. I am quite regular with my mens. Last year i had this problem once with abdominal pain. On ultrasound the ovary on the left was 8cm. My doc suggested to take nomars 5 days tds. My period was ok then n in one month ovavy came to normal size as well. Should i take normans again? Because there is a bit of lower abdominal pain.
