I Missed About A Week Of Taking My Birth Control

I missed about a week of taking my birth control pills (noreithindrone) and I'm wondering how much higher my chances of becoming pregnant are. I had sex with my fiancé a day or two after taking the pills again. I have started my period but it is very very light like the way it was right before I found out I was pregnant with my son. I'm worried that I may be pregnant again and my baby is onlying 4 months old.
