I Missed Four Days Of My Birth Control I Have

I missed four days of my birth control I have been on it for four years. I doubled up on my days till I caught up and that was this Saturday. I was suppose to get my period yesterday and it has not came yet. I did have unprotected sex while I didn't take those pills I missed. Any ideas? I'm scared
